Our Philosophy

At Mama Bear Children's Center, we intend to serve our families with exceptional nursing and teaching skills. Our teachers and caregivers are employed with a conditional notion that every child that enters through the front door is to be tended to and cared for.

Our classrooms are filled with hands-on experiences that allow children to be curious and confident. Every child is unique; our caregivers intend to adjust and treat our children in accordance with their needs.

Our philosophy is simple: "love is the first lesson on the board."

Ella A. Khalil

Meet Mrs. Khalil, She is the Owner and CEO of Mama Bear Children's Center. Mrs. Khalil is the spirit and soul behind our daycare. She is the original Mama Bear that found a reason to pursue a career in caring for children. Her mission began 25 years ago, and she doesn't intend on stopping any time soon.

Say hello to Ms. Khalil, our Office Secretary and daughter of our Owner. Ms. Khalil facilitates managment, and oversees our staff & faculty. Ms. Khalil's intent is to provide our daycare with administration needs. Finally, Ms. Khalil attends to families' needs and provides guidance upon enrollment and thereafter.

This is Mr. Khalil, our other Office Secretary and son of our Owner. Mr. Khalil handles administrative duties, and he too oversees our staff & faculty. Mr. Khalil coordinates communication with our families. Mr. Khalil's intent is to provide our daycare with administrative support.
